My lifestyle wellness coaching programs are rooted in behavior change science and designed to meet you where you are. Together, we design a completely customized strategy to get you where you want to go.
All client sessions are virtual (with the exception of some in-person events for employee wellness). WHY?
Because behavior is heavily influenced by context, meaning your day-to-day environment and interactions are driving most of your behaviors, habits, and choices. As we design your change journey from wherever you feel most comfortable, we’ll also keep the unique context of your daily life top of mind.

Session length depends on client needs and preference. On occassion, clients find weekly sessions more helpful through the entire engagement. In that case, we work out a custom arrangement.
In this 90 min session, we'll cover a holistic dive into your health & wellness status and evaluate related lifestyle factors. Based on your goals, values, preferences, and unique constraints of daily life, we'll develop a customized 3 month plan that fits you.
What this might look like:
very specific dietary changes or eating rhythms
incorporating movement in a new way
developing your spiritual life
stepping into more social support
adopting more productive stress management techniques
resolving your sleep challenges so all the other work you're doing gets you results
this list could go on forever!
This is not a personal trainer and dietician prescribed workout and meal plan, this is a real life-how-to-make-change-happen plan. (If you need prescribed meal plans or workouts, other professionals are an amazing resource!).
Email based weekly check-ins to provide accountability and guidance on working through barriers that arise, and how to adjust the plan when you feel like it's not working.
In the event that you would like to do at-home testing for a bit of a deeper dive, there are a few that I think are worth the investment. The cost is separate, but education and creating the lifestyle change plan based on test results is part of the strategy session.

Functional wellness to analyze the health of the gut microbiome to gain insight into overall wellbeing, including digestion and immune, hormonal, and neurotransmitter balance.
Functional Organic acids and metabolomics assessment
Functional wellness test to gain insights into metabolic pathways, nutrient status, mitochondrial health, neurotransmitter metabolism, detoxification, stress, mood, and inflammatory responses.
